There are all levels of exercise available at the Clubhouse. There is a 25-30 minute sessions each Tuesday at around 9:30 after chair yoga. You will do the 1 mile Leslie Sansone heart-health walk indoors in the clubhouse. The goal is to learn about the Sansone Walk at Home program and then gradually work up to the 3-5 mile sessions regularly done Mon-Wed-Fri. This will be geared for those interested in beginning a fitness program and who have not been active for awhile.
However, if you are adventurous, determined, and goal-oriented, please feel free to join the earlier 8:30 sessions and do what you can at your own pace.
