It’s a community yard sale!!!! Come on out and see what treasures you can find. While you’re here, talk to the neighbors about their lifestyle and what they love about Southern Meadow. Of Course your welcome to check out the models and home sites we have left (Only 4 new home opportunities left!)!!

MAY SPRING GAMES –  SATURDAY  MAY 02 

Fun and Games Day: SATURDAY 02 MAY 2:00 PM outdoor games 3:00 PM Indoor Games  – Save the date!!  Come join us for the warm season “Opening Act” at Southern Meadow Fun & Games Day.  Location for the outdoor games is the grassy area next to the clubhouse.

2:00PM Outdoor games begin: Corn Hole Challenge, Bocce Ball, Ladder ball Toss, and Ring Toss. POC Sharon Cowart is looking for 1 or 2 volunteers to help with set up & decorations contact Sharon please.

Please remember to BRING A LAWN CHAIR, COLD BEVERAGE & SNACK OF YOUR CHOICE.

3:00PM Indoor games begin:  Reminiscing (trivia by year/people over 40), Trivial Pursuit (trivia by subject) will commence at 3:00 pm inside the clubhouse and will be hosted by JoAnn & Darlene.

“Sign up sheets” for all games will be posted on the bulletin board at the clubhouse 1st week of APRIL.  A notice will be posted on the clubhouse door (INDOOR GAMES COMMENCE AT 3:00 PM).
