The Pool's open

Quick look at what’s going on in June

The Clubhouse Pool is Open!

Now that the pool is open, here are a few reminders about the Pool Rules:

  • Children between ages 4 and 18 may use the pool from 11:30 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to dusk.
  • No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
  • No diving, jumping, or running.
  • Residents who open an umbrella are responsible for closing the umbrella before leaving.
  • Use the pool at your own risk as there are no lifeguards. It is strongly recommended that you do not swim alone.

Please remember to help keep the planters at the Clubhouse and Pool watered. There are two planters on the front porch and three planters on the Pool deck.

PLEASE BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG

One of the biggest complaints management hears is about dog walking etiquette. Here are a couple ground rules that will help you stay on good terms with your neighbors and fellow dog owners:

  • Be Respectful. Keep your dog off neighborhood lawns. Many of your neighbors pay for lawn care and cringe every time you walk your dog.
  • Pick Up Your Dog’s Poop. Just do it. People who fail to pick up after their dogs give all of us a bad name. Don’t be that person.

Planters at Clubhouse

Spring is here and the flowers are blooming. Well almost! There are freshly planted flowers in the planters on the Front Porch of the Clubhouse and in the Pool area. Help is needed from our lovely community to keep the plants healthy and thriving.

  • When you visit the Clubhouse, please check the two planters on the front porch to see if they need water. A watering can is available and can be filled in the kitchen sink.
  • When you visit the Pool, please check the three planters to see if they need water. Hoses are available for watering.

Come on community! Let’s pitch in and keep the flowers beautiful this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the planters last year.
