Area Attractions

West Bay’s location is close to all of the Sussex Shore’s area attractions. Enjoy the area’s fine dining, golf, beaches and more. There’s something for everyone.

West Bay Marina

West Bay’s private marina is located on the west side of the Rehoboth Bay directly across from Dewey Beach and Delaware Seashore State Park. Residents enjoy three deep water marinas with over the 240 slips providing easy access to the Rehoboth Bay for fishing, crabbing and water sports. You can take a quick jaunt across the bay to Dewey Beach and the infamous Rudder Towne for lunch. You can also head up the Rehoboth / Lewes Canal for easy access to the Delaware Bay. For the more adventurous fishermen, head out to the canyons of the Atlantic to fight the tuna and marlin with easy access to the ocean through nearby Indian River Inlet.

Slips are available to West Bay residents with a limited number of slips available to non West Bay residents based on availability. West Bay Marina season runs from April 15th through October 31st. Click here to Contact the West Bay office for availability of slips.

West Bay Marina Tide Chart

West Bay creates its own tide chart based on Indian River Inlet/Coast Guard Station tide predictions. Simply add approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to the times on the chart for high and low tides to get an appoximate West Bay Marina tide prediction. Click here to access the chart. (PDF Format)
